A2Z Benefits | Nebraska-Based | Hybrid

Role Overview

This is a hybrid contract sales position based in Nebraska.

You will:

  • Develop and manage your own territory across Eastern and Central Nebraska
  • Travel regularly within approximately a 90-mile radius (or more as opportunity requires)
  • Prospect and generate new business opportunities
  • Conduct benefit strategy meetings
  • Present customized insurance solutions
  • Manage your pipeline and consistent follow-up
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships

You will build your own book of business. Marketing support and brand tools are provided, but success is driven by initiative and execution.

Leads and referrals may be provided based on demonstrated sales performance and growth contribution.

Qualifications & Requirements
We are looking for someone who is:

  • Self-motivated and entrepreneurial
  • Comfortable initiating conversations
  • Relationship-oriented and disciplined in follow-up
  • Professional in communication and presentation
  • Driven by performance-based income

Required:

  • Must obtain appropriate insurance licensing
  • Must pass a background check
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Willingness to travel throughout Eastern and Central Nebraska

Previous sales experience is helpful, but mindset and work ethic matter most.

Compensation
Commission-based contract position with strong income potential. Your earnings reflect your effort, relationship development, and consistency.
